About my last video

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the positive response to my Production Point substack post and video (in particular the video has done well when compared with my other recent videos). I want to thank you all for your questions and interest in this topic.

I’m excited to explore and refine the idea in more detail. I mentioned in the video and the post that I’ve started writing a book about it.

Yesterday I created a cover mockup for the book, and I wanted to share it here with you.
